To me it is worth 100 bucks. It is the only one that does, what I always wanted: Force me to get out of bed and STAY out of bed, and that in a gentle way. Putting the alarm at the end of the room never worked for me, because in the morning I have no hesitation to lay back down and setup a snoozable alarm on my phone while still half asleep. Plus it isn't completely silent while snoozing. Normally I fall back right into deep sleep while snoozing and then get brutally pulled out of it in a five minute pattern, which really exhausts me :D I didn't experience gently waking up from snoozing through an alarm before this. The very first setup is a bit clunky, but afterwards it's all good. Also: Good collection of sounds which I find fun to wake up to, well manufactured, nice screen with well working dimming, overall good UI. And it might get cheaper over time. It's a very complete package and first on the market (I think. Atleast I didn't find an alternative), 100 felt alright. (It's okay if you call me an alarmo fanboy.) Edit: one think it misses is playing sleep sounds longer than 10 minutes and starting them manually. So reading for 20 minutes, then light off and sleep sounds on isn't really an option.

I think this would help people who want to stop using their phone for everything as well. I like that it has the feature to make sure you are out of bed and not just plopping back in after stopping the alarm. It's a really fun and novel twist on the old fashioned alarm clock of our childhood (the blaring, harsh beeps omg 😱), and the extra content coming adds up to the price point over time (instead of paying for more, unless it charges then I'd take that back) For me though, as much as I'd love it, I have no use for it as I am deaf when sleeping (CIs) so i would not be waking up to it unless it had a "sunrise" feature

I mean, even with a phone, most alarm apps are ass. Some sleep trackers help with gently waking alarms but they can't detect if you're out of bed. This is pretty sick, as someone who has 15 separate alarms to wake me up through the week and yet still fails to wake up effectively, I actually want this, even at that pricepoint. For the "no bypass for you, just gtf up" feature alone, this is a killer item. The question would just be if I have a safe place to put it.

It’s a cute novelty! I’ve had mine a few days. I really like it but it’s definitely not perfect… i wish they let you add multiple alarms. Also, some of the sounds have weird sounds, like the great fairy fountain includes the fairy moans which is cringe to me lol. But the top of the hour chimes and sleepy sounds are really nice. If anything, i would still use it as just a nightstand clock.
