Is NMN now a Drug? | FDA in BIG trouble.

I don't live in the U.S. and quite frankly, at times, I'm happy I don't. To me the FDA are a joke albeit not a funny one. I mean seriously. Look at their name (they should look at their name) - Food AND drug administration. Yet they don't seem to be too concerned about the "Food" part of their title when you look at what's being added to foods and after watching Painkiller on netflix, it would appear that their rulings regarding drugs/supplements are directly in line with what big pharma wants it to be. Then they couldn't be bothered to reply to the citizen's appeal regarding nmn. I genuinely hope that the courts decide against the FDA and HSS and once and for all categorise nmn as a supplement . If it's a drug should we all be issued a prescription before our bodies can make it? Ridiculous. It's very hard to take the fda seriously and at this stage they should be reformed or disbanded.

Yep. I love living in the U.S. but THIS kind of thing is very frustrating. Interestingly, if I understand correctly, the guy behind the lawsuit used to work for the FDA. He actually seems to be on the side of the people. I hope the courts rule in our favor as well. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on this.
