This is so important in the Non Dual conversation. Love how you pointed out their are Undeveloped speakers and the need for discernment. Simply seeing through the veil or having an awakening does not equal mastery or depth of understanding. So important to point out that the need for integration of our true self awareness and our human beingness existing here on Earth. We don't need to throw out the baby with the bathwater. It's easy to go around saying "there's no one here" or "it's just this" or my favorite "apparently". And the non dual policing that occurs if one dares to use I or me in conversation is silly. However "awake" a being is life still continues and thus the need for language and time continues to be needed for basic survival. The videos that crack me up the most are where the speaker starts out saying "There is No way to talk about this", and then they proceed to talk about "this" for quite awhile. Very clear pointing. ❤

I follow Emmerson and really he's so direct that sometimes he's hard to understand. He doesn't want the mind to 'land' on anything, so he follows the middle way between belief and no belief, thought and no thought, "me" and not "me" . I consider Emmerson to be the best 'non-duality' speaker on the planet because he found that most other speakers have set up their own kind of religion with their own followers. So you have different Non-duality cults that disagree with each other.... You have the "you are pure awareness" cult,... then there's "You are the Absolute" cult,.. but then there's "The person is a contracted energy" cult.. and there's " There's no person or personal energy to be contracted" cult.

Have experienced what you're sharing here and began to see as clear cutting as Emerson's message it's also setting up a belief in his "what's between...". Not judging this, simply seeing through how language, being dual immediately creates another belief, another construct, because that is what language does. Going to where Emerson points is definitely mind popping but once seen through words and time must be reintegrated for a continuation of human existence. There really are No words to convey our True Nature.

Non duality is the masculine sense of self, the female sense of the self is the energy/prana. Need a balance of both to be at full expression. Non duality is escapism for lots of individuals who don’t want to deal with the life catalysts. The soul came in to express itself not just sit at home and become non dual and do nothing, it doesn’t benefit the collective at all

It seems that at some point the mind wants to obtain something and the non dual concepts seem appealing to the ego. I think I did that one. Oh the mind is so tricky. Well, I didn't actually say that's what Non-Duality IS. I said that's what Non-Duality (as in, our engagement with the concept) is about. I'm absolutely cool with you having a completely different interpretation of what it's about. Go with your "opposite" if that is your Truth.

@@magnusandersson171 To spotlight the quote above in particular: There is no direct recognition. There is also no true nature. Allowing it to "infuse all aspects of our lived experience" is what you could call 'applied nonduality'. You cannot apply nonduality to life. This is because nonduality says that there is nobody (who could apply anything) and, thus, no life one could call one's own. Its possible, however, that psychotherapeutic modalities (therapy) could be applied to 'life'. But still, even in that scenario, it would only be a dream-application, or an apparent therapy to an imaginary (read: mirage) self, or fixed location.
