NK would cause damage but they suck. If Russia which is better concerning military equipment and personell, how could NK then create a battlefield miracle. They can't. If however China fought on their side, well then....

Sung-han Kim is as typical South Korean only can explain success of Hwasong-18 as it being clone of Topol-M ICBM when dimensions and mode of control are different between the two along making more bold assertions and assumptions just because they did not do minimum energy trajectory test of an ICBM. Also form follows function and I see hypocrisy of not stating maybe America supplied to North Korea just on basis of looking similar including same type of controlling exhaust to vector it.
