Die Steuerlast ist unabhängig der Steuerklasse stets gleich. Die Steuerklasse haben lediglich Einfluss auf die Vorauszahlungen dieser Steuer. Am besten immer die Steuerklärung am Ende des Jahres machen. Auf Zuschläge zahlt man keine Steuer, daher bekommt für das Bruttogehalt entsprechend mehr Netto raus.

Salary in Germany as a nurse will not make you rich. There are also limitation and skills that keep nurses from doing something. That is why nursing in germany is Vocation.
