I absolutely adore One Piece it’s one of my favourite mangas and it definitely deserves all of its praises. I’m glad to hear you’re loving it, in terms of keeping heat after Marineford, it sort of does. The next two arcs Mermaid Island and Punk Hazard are a bit on the lower end but they’re mostly there to setup Whole Cake and Wano. It does pick heat back up in Dressrosa and keeps it going from there though. I have a funny feeling you’re gonna love Kaido too when you get to him.

I got into one piece pretty late 2020 was when I started manga been caught up and week to week since 2021, it doesn’t have the best art or the best fights like bleach or Naruto but it’s story telling got me in ngl oda did drop the bag multiple times, he’s not a perfect story teller, but the potential in it having one of the most grandiose endings is THERE, if one piece fails me it will join the other 3 that HAD POTENTIAL 💀
