I agree, it's not what you described when you ordered it. Of course you look beautiful because you are a beautiful woman but that doesn't change the fact that your highlights are gone and you've got a dark almost matte color.

If you want to see some highlights back to your hair use before washing the “Colour WoW pre-filter spray “ which is aimed to removes the brassy colour from the hair. You can find some tutorials online and on their website, too.

Now today i received my esalon color my hair is vary dark want to make bit brown ,hopefully it turns out good.
