I would love to see an elderly princess! I read one modern day sleeping beauty where she didn't wake up anytime soon and slept for like 200 years. I would like disney or any movie franchise to take that idea and maybe have an elderly princess with sort of a demesia case where she does not realize she's old or that times have changed. I would prefer the woman to have not defied the aging process because where's the fun in that? I would also like there to be a new disney movie more focused on a disney prince. There are a few reasons. 1) Disney adapted them into simalar stories, but not exactly the same. 2) It wasn't like Disney bought existing movies and made them into Disney Princesses. They adapted old stories into movies, where they animated it, got voice actors, etc. 3) They market their versions, not the original stories version.

I wasn't trying to say anything bad about her. I know that several ( if not all ) the other Princesses were not originally owned by Disney, but to my understanding Disney didn't buy rights to whoever made them initially like they did with Star Wars. Okay, okay, this came around my thoughts when I was watching revenge of the Sith. I know Padmé isn't queen anymore but she was queen, Leia was adopted and became a princess on Alderon (not sure if I spelt that right but just bear with me) and because of her being a sister to Luke, wouldn't that make Luke a prince? Remember though, most of the stories done by Disney are all based on fairytails and fables. The majority of which are from Europe, which is mostly light skinned people. But I agree, I would like to see more stories that originated from other parts of the world. (Though I don't give a damn about race or sexuality, I just want interesting stories.)

But at the same time Kala adopted Tarzan but Kerchak was hostile to him pretty much the entire movie and never considered him a son, so I'm not sure if he really counts as a prince. I guess a case could be made for 'king of the jungle' but he's not really royal in the same way as the official princes And equally (although I haven't seen the sequel) I don't think Jane and Tarzan ever marry on screen? Though the same could be said for Belle and Adam so I guess that's not really an issue

I would think an elderly princess would be pretty cool. (Ideas see below.) My first idea would be that the princess would be on an adventure to restore the fountain of youth, and her act of heroism would be giving up her youth to restart the fountain. However, because she was the one to restart it, she would be unaffected by the fountain, leaving her as an elderly lady and able to technically claim the roll as an elderly princess. My second one is that an elderly queen has started to be burned out by ruling for so many years, as she is ruling in her daughter's place since her daughter died in childbirth when giving birth to a grandchild. The elderly queen has decided to go on a trip around the kingdom to teach her grandchild since the child will soon be turning 18 and taking over the throne. The message would be about that youthfulness and being a youth do not coincide, and it's okay to take a break for one's mental health. I don't know if this one could count as a 'elderly princess' since she'd technically be a queen. but it would be cool to consider especially since it would allow Disney to work with a grandparent-grandchild relationship in a film.
