I have a theory that Jeffrey's character is definitely another imagination of Butcher like Becca...I think his character was once Butcher's close friend and also a victim of Homelander or any other supe...we know Becca got killed but it was an accident by Ryan where Jeffrey's character also got killed but it was a murder...thats why the Parasite using him turning Butcher into more aggressive to retaliate on Homelander as well as other supes and do crazy things but Becca on the other hand trying to get Butcher to do the right thing...all I am saying Becca is the sign of an angel where Jeffrey's character an evil

I think if Queen Maeve were to conceive Butcher's child, it would most likely be some sort of mutant supe. Assuming Butcher still had the V-24 in his system at the time, along with the radiation blast from Soldier Boy, Maeve could accidentally create a true superior being or a monster. The child would also most likely have to be getting older much quicker than a normal child/supe to catch up with Ryan.

I wondered this too because why else would the writers make them sleep together? It didn’t really impact the story in anyway and they didn’t have romantic feelings for each other. Maybe they did it just so Homelander would find out she was working with The Boys, but he could tell Ryan was hanging out with Butcher, so that’s out.

Even if she was pregnant, and the child was a supe, there's the blast from Soldier Boy to consider. One way to do it is to have the child come in as a supe baby, and this is how they realise that Ryan is probably immune to Soldier Boy.

It was only Homelander that was thought to be sterile. Which is why he was so surprised he got Becca pregnant. Supes are shown throughout the show to be able to reproduce, but the offspring are born as just regular humans(Mesmer, Translucent, Stormfront and Victoria Neuman all had/have kids). Which is why Ryan is special, he’s the first natural born supe so far.

I believe everyone that looks down on Homelander are going to have a slug fest with him. Butcher is too attached to Becca to get someone pregnant, especially another supe. If it does happen it would be quite the twist, but with no lead up to it, it would just fall short in the narrative and would seem like a tact on "F*ck you" to Homelander.
