Some people tend to go in for a bit of retail therapy when they're down in the dumps, and they can end up getting a pang of regret as they realize that they've spent a lot of money on things they don't really need. ( my way of recapping words I've learned)

When I fell down in dumps I like to organise or clean the house , that is my retail therapy ... But sometimes Im a buyer's remorse too 😂 . If I continue to listen to the BBC learning, it will do the trick

Whenever I feel down in the dumps, I used to clean my house because I hate to shop in bad mood so I never needed retail therapy. However, my colleagues are fans of retail therapy but later they will get pang of regret for the clothes they purchased.

whenever I feel down in dumps. I often indulge myself by cooking my favorite dishes. I've learned these from youtube.it's quite good. Actually, it does the trick. my mind feels cozy because of the way I treated myself so good )). The reason why I don't treat myself by retail therapy because I don't have much money so I don't feel buyer's remorse later on

I thought 1) USA was the answer. Surprised me the UK really is. Yes, your brain want to be happy by buying things you need or not. When I feeling down chocolate is my placebo and a good dosis of glucose. Hi from 🇲🇽 Mexico.

This is exactly what marketing is aiming to. Look at yourself you're in such a miserable but once you buy it, you will be happy.

But you can listen to it, can't you Marziyeh? And you can follow the conversation using the subtitles, if you like. Activate them in the lower right-hand corner of the player.
