New video every Thursday at 6 PM US Central time! Definitely gives me a linebacker pad from Titan vibes! What are your thoughts? A lot of cool DIY set ups I’ve seen but I kept it basic for the review. Comment for the algorithm with your thoughts!

Thanks Luke! These budget rack attachments are very interesting to me, like the mikolo lateral raise attachment you recommended before. This one looks even harder to store than the mikolo one. 😂 Please continue to review items like this.

my brother Steve! Thanks for stopping by! I definitely have been free for three on the rack that are a pain in the absolute butt to take on it off lol lol I guess that’s the price you paid when it’s super cheap lol you don’t get as much compactness lol lol

Reminds me of the stand-alone Lever Squat machines.

Luke, That was a great review. But, I think maybe those squats might feel better if you lowered the set up of the device on your rack by about foot. That way if you want about 2 feet of range of motion from your top position to your bottom position, the pivot point will be in the middle of that 2 feet of range. I could be wrong. But, it looks like that would be a better pivot point. Obvious, then you have to crouch down to get under it. Larry

yeah, definitely could think around better with it but overall, I don’t think I would ever want to use the machine for something like that. I’d much rather set up some wedges and squat and do calves, but it’s definitely preference but good to know that the capabilities of versatility with it.

Interesting piece and a good price. Would have loved some more details of bottoming out, stability, etc. Maybe some recommendations you can share with the manufacturer to improve in a v2 since Ritfit seems to iterate pretty quickly

Yeah I mentioned a few plates and a 15 is where I felt safe before it becomes weary for me to go any higher. I think the pin issue got lost in the edit but I’d like to see a one inch thick pin with 3 adjustments instead of that thin pin with 7. It’ll be alot safer catching on that thicker pin Yeah! I mean I would like to see a better pin. I think it’ll help with catching more weight safely

Cool to see new gym equipment. Not a fan of a piece of equipment that takes up a lot of space and only do one or 2 things.

I have a machine like this - lever squat - love it. This thing looks pretty interesting - maybe combine it with a squat wedge board like the one Bells of Steel sells and you can get a bit more of an ergonomic movement. I like the fixed motion vs. squats as you are less reliant on having good form to go deep. Also, it is easy to do this with bands to get accomodating resistance.

It’s funny I was eyeing the one from Titan and I saw a super budget one from GWMD that I was trying to get here to review! How are you liking it! I’m legit had wedges come in the day after I filled this so I didn’t actually get to try using it for that organization to move in, but I can see that making a big difference too! I think there’s a lot of value here for sure, bro
@steverapos39049 сағат бұрын
@LukesGarageGym to mimic the machine, you actually face the wedge the opposite way and probably push it up against the squat rack to keep the wedge in place.
@LukesGarageGym9 сағат бұрын
@@steverapos3904yeah I feel like it’ll be tough with how far out it comes when you set it up. I mean still, good quad work!

jammer arms with a fts safety bar attached would work. THink you need it lower for better range of motion.

I do have a 2x2 with 1" holes and this is something I've been eyeing.. I also have the titan fitness row platform that's at an angle.. I'd probably use that facing towards the rack and a bit closer to the rack versus underneath the shoulder placement or further back using this.. I currently use a 5ft bar into a rack adjustable landmine attachment meaning in can place the landmine securely on every single one in hole top to bottom depending on the movement I'm doing. I normally place it about hip to abnormal level and use the titan fitness independent bench press stands to lay the bar down and load up with weight for hack squats and shoulder presses single with just the Olympic barbell end and double with the viking press landmine attachment. It works really well.. But I have to hold onto the attachment throughout the entire hack squat like a front squat that doesn't lie on your collar bones.. I'm playing with the idea of the product in this video or the titan fitness linebacker landmine attachment.. Both would do what I'm looking for.. Only difference is with the linebacker I could do cleans if I so desired.

That’s a nice piece! And looks like it would fit on a pr-4000
@LukesGarageGym9 сағат бұрын
you can get some good squat variations out of this! I wish I had my wedges for the video, but I just got them in because I feel like those would help a lot! And absolutely dude! It’s nice that it’s fully compatible with all racks of 1 inch holes!

If there was a squat wedge or foot plate type attachment I could see better mechanics. I would turn it into a pendulum squat movement for better ROM. It’s a great alternative but ripfit needs to go back to the drawing board.

Love to see this with a 3x3 fuctional trainer

that would be a site to see! It would work with my vesta rack! I should’ve done clips of putting it on every single rack, but I’ll be completely honest. It’s a freaking pain to move and I was just like all right. I’ll just tell him it fits lol

If you had a wedge or a platform with a incline the range of motion would look better. As is looks like it would kill my ankle for stablization
@LukesGarageGym9 сағат бұрын
yeah, definitely get that wedge! I freaking was so mad because I had some on the way and I didn’t have them set up for this video. That’s why I made sure to incorporate pictures and chats about it! I know it’s a squat machine but man lol I love calf raises on that.
