It doesn't surprise me that so many people are getting cold feet and backing out of of their contracts. I have been shopping in the market for a couple years now and I refuse to buy until these prices come back to reality. Prices in Oviedo are ridiculous. Hopefully we'll see some real decreases by December that are tangible. If so I'll be ready to buy but I'm not buying at full price

I'm in SemCo , my subd has many many empty homes not listed for sale , open house signs are now common where they were never seen before.... I drive Markham Woods road daily and sales in the upper price ranges are slow also .. same symptoms there... we're at the top of the hill and about to make that first big drop. if I was a seller I'd sell immediately to one of those "buy any home cash" companies and wait it out..
