As a Special Education teacher, Mika has made much progress. She signs, uses her PECS device and going to speech therapy. She can communicate and will continue to communicate with practice. Early intervention is so helpful, way to go Mika.

Mika Ella is BEAUTIFUL INTELLIGENT little lady and she is moving mountains with the progress that she is making!!! God sure knew what he was doing he saw fit for the two of you to be her parents and for Her to be your Daughter!!!! That little lady is going to grow up and do BIG GREAT things in her life!!!!! I for one am very thankful and extremely grateful that you choose to give all of us the chance to watch them grow up into the Beautiful intelligent lady's God intended them to be.....as always much love and God Bless from East TN....

My son was born with bilateral club feet. They were severe. We got referred to Alfred DuPont institute in Delaware. I stayed there with him for one month while they did one foot at a time. That is one of their specialties. That was 40 yrs. ago. They work miracles.

Wow amazing how far she has come on. She learnt so many skills. We were gifted with a special little man through adoption he worked so hard and gave us so much joy until he was called back home where our grandchildren know he's now free from illness and disability with Jesus & the Angels watching over them. Love watching your family and how your girls have grown. xx

Love that u respect her voice and use aac app to communicate. That's brilliant for her! And also sign language is an amazing way for her to be able to communicate as well. Speech is great, it's easy for most. But if it's not easy for someone, then communication is the goal. Aac will help inclusion and education. Ella is amazing. Love how her personality shows in the videos. ♥

Wondering if u use Stride Right shoes on her. My daughter was preemie and had some issues and by Dr order, only wore Stride Rite for years. They are getting harder to find in stores though. They have correcting shoes. Your daughters doing great. Sorry to hear she'll have to have another foot surgery, darn it

Mika's little voice is so beautiful so sweet God bless her I have a 3 year old granddaughter that was born early and her tongue was too big for her mouth and her soft because wasn't quite developed yet and so she's not talking yet what's the world's she'll say something and the only thing she eats is PediaSure she's choked so bad at everything she hasn't learned how to chew she'll bite of cookie and then she thinks it's okay to swallow it and she choked started and then she's done with it good job maker good job Isabella thank you for sharing your beautiful lives with us love you all

Ashley this just made me smile so much right from the first moment. You, Stan and Izzy and Mika Ella's siblings are doing an amazing job. I love seeing Brantley and Mika Ella together its so gorgeous. As a 3 year old kinder teacher I cant encourage early intervention more and these 2 sweet little girls are beautiful examples of the consistency of attending. You are all so lucky to have each other.
