So to anyone who hasnt played Skyrim: 100 years from now it will be the greatest game of all time. I don’t care if you’ve played it. We’re done. We had our time. If you’ve never played it even 100 years from now YOU HAVE TO PLAY IT. End of story. It is the best gaming experience ever made.

I love Skyrim, it has soul. It's a very good game. But oblivion morrowind and dagger fall are better. EVEN oblivion is better.

I am never going to stop saying how good Skyriim is. We got the whole package deal - the *_WHOLE_* deal. For aficionaidos of realism and what trickles down from there, you're getting *_everything._* An editor, several 3rd-party tools, new ideas to both employ in-game and draw inspiration from. This isn't a game that dies. It's a game that only gets better and better. 👑

Good video! For me honestly, I love Skyrim, it's probably my favorite game along with Red Dead Redemption 2 (a game you should play as well!) It's one of the games I've put the most hours into but, I will say, it can get boring if you don't know what to do. I've done a lot of quests to get weapons, armor, jewelry, ect. I've done the brotherhood questline along with with main story, storm cloaks, imperials, thieves guild. And I have no clue what to do after all I've done. I've even replayed a bunch of quests when I've played on other accounts. But yeah, you can definitely get lost like me especially when (if) you're like me, you don't really go around looking for quests. Skyrim is one of the best games though, when I first was introduced to it, I fell in love.

This is how I played Skyrim back in 2011: West of Skyrim there's an abandoned fort that is close to the watch tower where you fight the first dragon. I remember going there and defeated all the bandits inside that fort. It was so hard to beat it back then, it took me several tries to clear it. After I cleared the fort, I decided to live in that fort. I didn't know at the time, but the game let's you store items in a dungeon, fort or cave for up to 10 in game days without returning to the place where you place your loot. Since I lived in that fort, it couldn't reset until I was able to buy Breezehome in Whiterun. So basically you can live anywhere you want in Skyrim which is why players really love playing Skyrim for basically living in it.

Personally, I've gotten the most satisfaction out of my most recent playthrough, where I used the "Journal of the Dragonborn" mod, to basically novelize the game. Inventing personalities, backstories, even entirely disregarding vast tracts of game dialogue and replacing it with my own personal storyline as I go through it. I've even decided for my journal that certain game events flatly did no occur, and were resolved entirely differently. Bethesda is great at worldbuilding, and giving you a framework for your own roleplay session. But the more thought you invest into your character, the more I believe you'll enjoy the game.

Still worth i'm playing the collection gate of sovengard. They did an amazing job. Incredible, it's another game. Let me advert y. This collection is not a full graphic enchant (there are some, and y can still add others on your own) or a gameplay revolution (y don't have fancy swordplay or dodge, saddly they don't want to add that, and lot's of mod i tried are not compatible), it's a GDR revamp. There are many new quest, a lot of new (voice) dialogue, a lot of new start, well belanced economy and survival mode, a stable sense of progression. Fan facts, your followers know each others and y can listen that when they're speaking. In short, it's skyrim but a whole new adventure.

I love Skyrim. I can't not play it. I may take a break every now and again and try something different but I always come back. Skyrim AE, while still great, just isn't as good I think. For me the problem is all of the houses that got added with CC mods. Don't get me wrong they look great and as bases they have everything you might need. But the sheer number of them at low or no cost devalues the base game houses. You no longer have to spend a considerable amount of time just to get a place to leave your junk if you can't sell it all. The best role playing mechanic is the leveling system IMHO. Since you can't level up a skill without using it you really need to think about how you intend to play every time around. For example, I usually do play a stealth/archer just because my reflexes suck due to a disability and the meds I have to take. I do use melee builds when I want a tougher game but I level much more slowly

It’s a shame Bethesda refuses to make something this good again… and also a shame Microsoft is trying to ruin the franchise even more.

@@_marston Lol... in what? Maybe in fallaout new vegas there are more consequences over choice, that's the only thing better than skyrim. The art and worldbuilding of skyrim is on another planet.

@@_marston Who are you to judge my standards? You have your priorities in an RPG, I've mine. For me, world-building is more than choices. You can have multiple dialogue options and different outcomes, but if the world-building is lacking, it means nothing. You have to trust the world you're in and be surprised by every single book, object, city you encounter. Every location in Skyrim is unique. NV is good, but the world-building is plain. Even Fallout 3 was more interesting (a lot of stories in Washington, showing how people lived before and why there are robots, etc. In NV, they simply use that world-building). I respect your opinion, but it’s yours. Robotic NPCs are in all Bethesda games, even in NV. Anyway, if you're interested, there's a collection for Skyrim called 'Gate of Sovengard.' It's not a combat system revamp or a graphic enhancement; it's an RPG mod. It adds facial expressions, a lot... A LOT... of dialogue and choice, and the world changes as a consequence of your actions, with a completely different main story, new side quests, and a well-balanced world. They don't pay me; it's just that I'm playing it, and it is a masterpiece. More like the RPG you're aiming for in the Skyrim world... with robotic NPCs, because it's still a Bethesda game.

@@_marston All game use same assets, even NV. I don't know what y mean for having more life. Whiterun, Solitude, Markath, Falkrerath, Winterhold 5 different cites in 3 different biomes. Thereare not 5 biomes in Fallout, and alla city are the same. Sure, if y enter in an ancient ruin is similar to athers ancient ruins. But there are tons unique caves and dungeons. Anyway mods can do everything ✌
