Funnilly enough i find i do this. Find things to do that bring me joy, whether its going shopping or muching on my fave cereal in a morning. Or writing. Reading. I find time in my day to do something i find joyful. But i never had the words to explain stuff before Julie came out explaining and because thats what i do anyway ill find other joyful things to do when i become a parent
