There should be a little more power (torque Nm in a wider engine rev range) in the most powerful HTRAC AWD model, versus the current model!. 🤔 Drive mode. Sport mode should be (Sport+).

I actually just bought the 2025 Palisade Calligraphy about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE IT! I looked at the Santa Fe (I was trading in a 2016 Santa Fe with over 203k miles). I ultimately decided on the Palisade because I wasn’t “wowed” by this Santa Fe redesign. I also didn’t like that it’s a 6 seater in the calligraphy trim, while the palisade is 7 seater. I’m super happy with my decision. Love your videos!!!

What a styling nightmare. The back end is just weird and reminds me of a Ford Flex from 6 years ago. The paint looks like utter crap with zero sheen and it actually costs extra! Worse is all the cheap black exterior plastic. The Palisade is superior in every way even the transmission and hands down the one you should buy!

The Palisade is a bit bigger, has more cargo volume and more passenger space, due to being a bit wider & longer. The Santa Fe, despite being smaller, weighs just as much as a Palisade and has less power but more torque. I'm doubting the hopeful fuel economy estimates and figure they will probably be a bit closer to the Palisade in the real world. If you only have 4 people in your family, go with the Santa Fe; but if you have 5 or more in your family, like a nice road trip, and want to haul more than groceries, get the Palisade.

Hyundai / KIA's business strategy is to give a lot of features for money. But their mechanical aspects are not upto the mark. DCT is a red flag. 4 Cyl for such a heavy car, and in Palisade / Telluride which are far more popular esp the latter. The rear LCA (lower control arm) is very tiny, driveshaft is also having less girth. I presume that's where they cut costs also the heat shield as well. And one more thing is Hyundai V6 like Honda do not have Port injection so 100% carbon build up is going to happen no matter what, on Honda they have VCM too, Cylinder deactivation garbage. Again I suggest everyone to go and get the damn 4Runner when you can. Sacrifice these creature benefits and get a reliable machine.

Actually for its size and what it is $50k is not a bad price but I would go for a black interior, that green looks like puke. I would leave the 3rd row down unless needed for kids. The H on the tail lights looks like its off of a GMC Hummer.

Between the Santa Fe and Palisade, in my opinion, the Santa Fe's design looks much better than the Palisade. When Hyundai first announced this release of the Santa Fe, I was extremely excited, it looks so different than anything else and that is what I love about this.
