Is the 2024 Lexus GX550 Premium Plus BETTER THAN a G-Wagon?

FYI, the Premium and Premium+ trims do not have AVS. The suspension is just passive. So changing drive modes does nothing to the suspension characteristics. AVS only comes on the Overtrail and Luxury trims.

No I meant AVS. E-KDSS is a separate system only on the overtrail trims. But the AVS (which is just electronically adjusted dampers) is on the overtrail and luxury trims. A good document to reference for these features is the Pre-order guide that is on Lexus’s site.

Love your channel man, but I feel like our favorite R-word is in jeopardy with these new engines. Ask a tundra owner. Took out the wood grain details on the interiors too. The 460s are the better vehicle as far as I’m concerned

Angle of approach at 22-26 degrees? ! No thank you. IMO especially for the off-road 2 trims ought to be at 32 and preferably at 35! This is a major flaw. More appropriate tires and a higher clearance wouldn’t be bad either. Hopefully TOYOTA will correct in the not too distant future.
