Is the 2024 Mustang the Best Driving Mustang Yet?

My 2015 EcoBoost Performance Pack has seen over 170 closed course days in the 4.5 years I've owned it. That's one autocross or track event every 10 days. Exciting to hear the successor is even better. Mine was a very capable car out of the box, and it's held up surprisingly well. We've gotten multiple class championships and FTD's at autocrosses around the country. Kept a lot of V8 drivers honest - the most important part of the car is the nut holding the steering wheel 😎

Beautiful car, owned an ecoboost myself from the s550 line, loved the 10 speed. Looking forward to getting a 10 speed gt s650 in the next couple of years!

Honestly, there's so much about the S650 mustangs that make me want to have one as my first mustang, I've been looking at 2021 Ecoboosts up to this point but there are so many new changes and features on the 2024s that seriously make me want one instead of a 2021. The only issue is that a well optioned S650 (~$40k) is almost twice the price of a decent mileage 2021 (~$25k) so it would take twice as long to save up for one ☹

With the twin independent throttle bodies they can close one of them in the low and mid rpm’s to increase manifold pressure. Even though the gen 4 engine is rated a tad lower then the gen 3s on tq output. I bet that torque curve is flat as a pancake.

Better change it before you get a VIN because once it's serialized by Ford Motor Company, you're locked in. I went to add the final piece of the upgraded suspension. I was locked out but luckily I can order separately have the dealer install it. My GT premium order will be optioned out at that point
