I bought a 2024 Frontier Pro4x. The same exact color blue and trim with the bead lock style rims as well. Loaded. I absolutely love it.

You lucky Dog! I'm getting the exact same one/color/trim/ but the 2025. They may have a burnt Orange one [just a rumor] and if so I'll change to that! Toyota has some fine-looking colors, they're just painted on a truck that's too problematic/and expensive! Pro 4x is [rumored] to have a higher clearance and 320 h.p. Good Luck with your new wheels!

I’d lean towards the Frontier., sure looks nice. Back seat leg room is cramp, I’d pull the back seat out and use the space for storage.

If you’re looking for a work truck you would probably be better suited buying a full size truck, maybe even a 3/4 ton model.

I've had a Ridgeline 5 years. It is more functional as a truck than any midsized out there. The rear slide window allows 12' 2x12s to pass through, plywood lays flat in the bed, It hauled a yard of crushed granite. I've driven the 2024 Nissan and really like it but the bed is smaller the cab is smaller and absolutely no room in the rear seat, no rear AC. The Frontier is however much better looking. It drove really nice also.

@@sharkskin3448 I have a frontier w/ 6 foot bed. Rear leg room is awful.
@Jackmerius_Tacktheretrix6 ай бұрын
Depends on how you intend to use it. The Ridgeline is actually much more practical, has more room, easier bed access, especially with the ability to swing the tailgate open to be able to reach deeper into the bed, and of course my favorite feature, the bed floor opens up to a hidden lockable storage/cooler in the floor for uhhhh beverages. However. If you are going to be doing more off pavement hauling , the frontier is going to be better. The suspension is rugged, and it has 4wd low range with an available rear locker, amd tons more suspension travel. So it really depends on your needs. If you're going to be mostly on pavement and no serious offroad situations the ridgeline will be more practical. It rides better and has more room.

Questions? How many recalls 2023 frontier have ?
@justincase96386 ай бұрын
I have had NONE! Late 2023 - purchased in Jan 24. No transmission recall, No tire recall. Nothing. Push the button and it runs. No squeaks, No rattles, Everything works. Sounds awesome, Zippy but not fast. Plenty of power. Shifts perfectly. Always in the right gear. It's a gem.
@eddiehaskell55786 ай бұрын
The new frontier had 1 recall in 2022 which was for park pin on tranny, easy fix and no recalls since.

For a daily driver, I’d take the Honda. Better ride, bigger payload, more room, clever features, and better gas mileage. Great bang for the buck with the Frontier though. Certainly more than a Tacoma.

The only reason to pick the Nissan: Off-roading For everything else...the Honda
@Frontier20226 ай бұрын
Sorry, the Honda Ridgeline is nice but it’s not a pickup. If you are considering a Honda then you really don’t need a pickup and should reevaluate your choices and needs.
@brentbristol45496 ай бұрын
The Ridgeline will meet most peoples needs. The majority of truck owners never tow, and if they do, it is no where near the rated max capacity. The payload is good on the Ridgeline and 5000 pounds of towing is good

@@user-JBT Not just the mpg. I traded a Maverick for the frontier. Maverick drove better, looked better, got better mpg and held resale waaaaay better. Also somehow the backseat legroom of the Maverick was somehow bigger despite being a smaller vehicle. I should’ve kept it.

@@onefastr6 Oh I get it - I hope you find a vehicle that works better for your needs. I don't drive many miles so the poor mileage is not really an expense for me. I'm also nostalgic for the old school truck feel. I'm glad there are a lot of mid size options out there now... something for everyone!
