it´s a very good big luxury sedan and it comes very near to the German luxury brands, the Germans are only a little bit better if it comes to engine, transmission, suspension and the most important thing if you want a luxury car? is the name of the brand and the history behind the name, where Genesis unfortunately don´t have.

@@alengreen589 this is very true Alen even though Genesis has taking some of the German stuff to bring it close. You can’t make a vehicle in just a few years better without years of testing. Genesis needs to work on the performance side as they have cleaned up the dealerships and then I can justify some of the higher prices.

I have the second generation Equus which is an earlier version of the Genesis G80. I love my car

Great review Anthony. I was a bit wary about Genesis but they have made their mark for sure. For me they are at the top as far as interior design goes though I would have a hard time going with the 24 after seeing the redesign. 74 here and so nice and so great to not have had to use ac for a while now. I really hope that your contractor can get things wrapped up there. It will be so nice to have your house back to yourselves. I'm watching the fights now and they are pretty good. The first fight though..that Brazilian guy did not even try lol. I was so tired that I got up about 6 hours after the livestream. I'll watch it though and hope that you all had a good time again. Thank you James. Genesis has become a nice vehicle and I agree the interior is clean plus not over the top with screen. I did the 2025, review is coming and it wasn’t that bad either. You have had some nice weather on your side. Here it is in the mid 80s and night time get in the high 60s. He finally has the kitchen maybe 78% done lol. The sink is all up but no water as we don’t have the parts but my cooktop, double oven and microwave works. Unfortunately I have to buy new cookware because the cooktop will not work without magnet cookware and half of the lights do not work. Overall I’m happy but maybe next week will be the grand finale 😁. We had fun this morning but my computer doesn’t want to take my other cameras so we came on a little late. I had my other son Yusuf today with use and he seems a bit shy but he had fun. Happy Saturday James

Wonder why they never followed through with the creation of a separate dealer network (like Lexus/Acura/Infiniti)? I think that has probably hurt their sales.

They have and my new dealership looks like a Land Rover dealership but it’s taking a longer time for all of them to do this.
