Yes you do need to brush them often. I brush my girl every other day. Only have two bathe her every two weeks if she doesn’t play in the dirt with her Aussie cousin. They need to be trimmed or groomed every 6 weeks usually. I trim her myself so it is not a problem for me. I had cocker spaniels I groomed myself so this isn’t that difficult. Just a warning though…watch out for ear hair inside the ears called “poodle ears”. These hairs need to be pulled to keep the ears clean inside and less likely to get infections if they get wet inside. My cousin who has a standard poodle has this issue also.

I have 2 bernadoodles. Both get daily brushings and love it, they'll sit on your feet when you get home, try to crawl into your skin when you sit on the couch and love to give you their paw....... our biggest one is 110lbs and our second one is 85lbs.

My first family dog is as a mom with young kids. We love our girl! She loves all the attention and cuddles. She's very active which is good for our family. Ive learned to cut her hair myself. We keep it pretty short and don't have to brush every day... Every week though. Its gotten out of control a couple of times and we take her to a professional. No shedding at all

We love our bernedoodle, he is the biggest goofball and is so sweet and loving! He is eager to please which has made training not too bad. You really do need to keep up with brushing, but since he doesn’t shed I don’t mind. Great dog!

My adult son is getting a Bernedoodle to train as a psychiatric service dog, from a reputable breeder, and the trainer suggested this as one of three breeds that would do really well. We checked the facility. My son also took into account the costs of grooming and a proper diet. Two of his doctors have looked at this breed for themselves and believe it will be a perfect match for my son. The trick is to fully research the breed and do not use backyard breeders.

I must have an abnormally large mini. They told me he'd be 25-40lbs. Mine is 60lbs. I have a girl who is 35lbs but the boy is 60lbs, and it's not cause he's over-weight. He's got a long body, short legs, and is really muscular. Most people don't expect his weight when they go to pick him up and end up hurting their back lol.

I have a mini bernadoole. She is really a good girl. She was a breeder dog. But they gave her a home environment. She is good with everyone and animals . Loves to walk go on car rides. Loves to play in the backyard .She pretty much stays around me . But she can be stubborn too

So, everyone and their mom is breeding whatever they want with poodles nowadays. Yes, that grey Merle pattern is very common in Aussies, however Merle can be carried by poodles as well, I know plenty of Merle doodles who are mixed with things like labs, goldens, cocker spaniels, etc.

Doodles are nice dogs but not breeds they are mixed breeds. The puppies characteristics vary on a single litter. The parents are not bernadoddles they are mixed. Characteristics also vary depending on the breed of each parent by sex. To be a breed requires that the parents both be the dame breed and pass on the desired characteristics of a songle breed.

Your groomer friend taught you well! Thank you for educating your viewers on the subject of grooming as many people are clueless when it comes to this. However, these are only a couple problems when people breed two totally different breeds for $$$$$$. How about getting a nice standard Poodle or an amazing Bernese mountain dog from a good breeder who breeds for consistency in temperament and health. You can get one for the same price as one of these mixed breeds! And tell me... how would YOU Really feel about promoting getting an amazing Corsodoodle from a really good Corsodoodle breeder??? That's a Cane Corso MIXED with a Standard Poodle! Would that be the right breed for YOU, or would you just stick to your well bred pure breed Cane Corso. Just saying...just wondering.🤔 And by the way, I really do like videos.
