Is the CFMOTO C-Force 110cc Youth ATV any good? Should you get one for your kids? Initial Review

Our 110 had the exact same issues. Sprockets from MSC helped tremendously and our daughter also learned to “jiggle” the linkage. 👍🏼

Did you try adjusting the shifter linkage? Also, did you install both sprockets or just one?

Haven’t adjusted the linkage. It does seem to get better with time and it hasn’t popped out of gear in a long time. As far as the sprockets, we went with the performance plus kit. It definitely has more tq. I’m every bit of 270 and it can now go up a hill with me on it. It does seem to have more vibration now though. Want to reach out to MSC about it.

That’s a nice little machine . Will be many seasons of fun for your family. I have many wonderful memories riding the old yamaha and Honda . Didn’t have the kids machines back then , but they were not big cc machines in those days .

Great video. I'm sure your daughter was excited about being able to be included. Maybe look into what you can do for clutching before you go to regearing it. You might be able to find a way to help the bottom end that way. If it's similar to a gy6 engine there are loads of upgrades to the clutch, springs clutch fingers etc. If you can manage to do some kind of clutching upgrade, you can get more bottom end and not lose top end. Maybe even mentioning it to Main Street cycle, they might decide to do something to fill the market. Great video, thanks for all the work you do to keep us entertained

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video. She loves being included and she wanted to make a review of her machine like I do of all the machines I get. She’s always asking to be in the videos. Those are all great suggestions and I will pass them on to MSC. I’m gonna try doing the front sprocket in the mean time and see how it changes things and how she likes it. She doesn’t want to lose too much top speed. She loves rippin around fast in the field and on the more open sections of trail.

I just picked up a 2024 110 classic from Maxxim Motorsports. Unfortunately I only got about 2 hours on it before the starter faulted but they replaced it under warranty right away! This vid was the most helpful one I have seen on these machines by far. Are you doing both sprockets or just one, and if one, front or back?

I just checked out a Classic at Maxxim Motorsports earlier this week. I was thinking of just installing the small front sprocket to start and seeing how it does and then potentially adding the big rear socket. My only concern with running both is that it will likely drop top speed quite a bit and I don’t think my daughter will like that. One way to find out though. I’ll get the first sprocket swapped out in the next week or two.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd nothing wrong with that. My 22 sport has 3500 hard beat miles with no issues. I actually just came back from Windrock and found the exact hill you did the crazy burnout on with yours lol. Wanted to get a remake with mine abs send you but group I was with was on the move. Achieved all those trails on 30 inch tires but thankfully installed a new skid plate before we went. Would love to ride with you someday !

My son was on a polaris outlaw 110 for a couple years. That hill issue under the bridge would not have been an issue on that polaris or canam 110. The cfmoto engine sounds like it's struggling under load.

Ya, I’m gonna see how it does when I swap the front sprocket. It does struggle a bit. I’m gonna see if I can get my hands on a Polaris or can-am version. I think it would be a great comparison video.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd if i had a young kid to buy a new 110 for id go with the canam renegade xxc version. We had no issues with the polaris though at all even used it in the sand dunes. The canam polaris and raptor 110 are the same machine built in taiwan . (Besides the xxc version canam)

Got one. Nice machine. Except it is absolutely gutless off the bottom. Cant climb a hill or even a gentle rise. Sprokets will help but then it is so slow i can run next to it.

I talked to the guys at MSC recently and they are working on getting a tune out for them they said should help a bit with that. I’m gonna install the sprockets soon and see how it does. I think I’ll start with just the small sprocket.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd hopefully they do but I found a different solution. For about 500 bucks I can get a 125 cc engine on ebay that is a drop in bolt up. Basically the CF Moto is the same Chinese tech as these generic engines. These engines come with a 3 speed semi auto transmission with reverse. I may have to do a bit of tweeking but basically it will be the same machine with a more powerful engine and geared! The Honda is the only other youth quad with gears and it doesn't even have reverse..lol.

It’s their first hit at this segment and I agree, there are some things to improve on. I feel we highlighted them in the video. I’d love to get my hands on a can-am or Polaris 110 to do a head to head comparison on. The reality is my daughter has really been loving this thing and has been having a ton of fun riding it.

@@witzzy31 it actually is much better on almost every respect... except the drive clutch! Lol. They use a crappy centrifugal drive clutch, not a CVT. Essentially you have one gear. Thats why it is so gutless off the bottom.

Lmao. Ya, lately it seems that way but it’s just how things played out. We just got two new units that are CFMOTOS so naturally there will be some content surrounding those. I’ll have some content from some other brands coming too. I film what I’ve got goin on at any given moment. Got some good RZR content comin and we have a good ride coming up that will have a good mix of machines.

Not at all. We recently got two new machines. They happen to be CFMOTOs. When I got a new RZR a few months ago I did similar videos on that. I just recently got a Segway SXS to try also and I’ll do a video on that. I have 3 Polaris RZR’s at home right now so in theory I’m still a Polaris guy. I’d love to get my hands on a Polaris or Can-Am 110 also to compare this to. I make videos of the machines I have access to. I’ve never been brand biased and I don’t plan on becoming brand biased. I’ve got some Polaris content coming soon and we have a good trail ride coming up that will have a good mix of machines like all our rides do. I never tell anyone what to buy, I provide information that helps viewers make their own decisions.
