What are your thoughts on builders not posting their inventory on the MLS to make the market look more appealing?

Would be great for visibility, several builders will list inventory homes on MLS. Depends on market conditions. Where I think you’re going with it is we can’t get an accurate count of inventory. When the market is slower, they will put more inventory in the MLS to get more traffic.
