Just installed this. The digressive piston give strong initial action and gets softer with more force. So on medium it seems to really help with wander but not make the steering feel stiffer. I’m pretty happy with the medium setting. I still need to try soft and hard, but I’m expecting better highway performance for less fatigue on road trips. . Thanks for such a easy video.

Just installed mine today, same as you on my back following your advice. First time wrenching for around 20 yrs and it was pretty easy, and enjoyable. Just made sure I had all the tools, which isn't much at all really. Haven't taken her for a spin yet as I'm goofing off at work ( Self Employed ) but will let you know. Cheers !!

Just to let you guys know, I took the Gladiator for a spin on Medium and Firm settings. What a pleasant difference ! Medium being perfect around town and Firm for freeway driving keeping that steering pretty solid. So glad I did this !! Thank you for your video.

I put this on my JT and I thought it only gave me marginal improvement. I can't really recommend it myself. To me firm is too firm (good in some situations such as really high crosswind) and medium is about like stock. On the highway at 75 my steering seems okay, my problem is going 35-45 feels like I have to continually compensate for the steering, it may be partially due to the road I'm on but is just annoying.

I love it!!! I think it looks great and it’s winch ready. The only exception, in my opinion, is if was going to be doing heavy rock crawling. If that was the case, I’d want something heavier duty like steel.

JT Mods lol, just BC it looks like you have an alley way to the back of the house. And that’s consistent with the way they build neighborhoods in Frisco. But to be fair I guess the surrounding areas as well. I’m a roofer and have worked in Frisco a lot in the past few years. I live in N. Ft. Worth, close to the race track.

@@21SethG my theory is that the stock steering damper is overly aggressive for the stock 33's kind of giving an over correction effect. It had a lot of wander stock, then I had the 4in terraflex spring lift with alpine arms installed still had lots of wandering then I put 17in fuel assault wheels with 37x12.5 nitto Terra Grapplers and all the wandering disappeared. So I sent back my synergy brace, I didn't see the point of installing it any longer. My other theory is it could have just been the tread pattern of the stock wildpeak tires, but less likely.

Funny you ask!!! I have the Synergy brace in the garage as well. I haven’t installed it yet, because I have a lift on the way and want to install it after the lift so that I can see the difference. The adjustability of the Stabilizer is nice and noticeable!!!
