VOLUME OPTIMIZED DAMPING
Traditional velocity sensitive steering stabilizers react quickly during low speed turning causing excessive “head toss” on rough terrain. Conventional damping then firms up during faster speeds resulting in inconsistent steering feedback.
Falcon’s proprietary Volume Optimized Damping (VOD) features a digressive linear valve that produces quicker ramp up for a properly weighted steering feel, which improves vehicle feedback and control during low-speed turning. VOD also improves the steering stabilizers’ ability to provide consistent bi-directional turning for balanced and controlled side-to-side steering response.

I got this steerring stabilizer installed today. I´m runing 285/70r17 tires and this stabilizer it provides a very sticky feeling at the steering wheel, even on medium or soft option. At firm position you can feel the steering wheel like heavy, i did not like the feeling at all. If i choose soft position, it feels almost like firm set up. Is this normal or is the tire size?

How much articulation does the c clmp have? My mounting options on the axel side are not stock. I have a steer smarts relocation bracket on my JKU. Changes point of conection . Two options here. If you look at the OEM steering stabilizer mount on a new bracket it points the falcon up words. What angle is to great?

You should be pretty straight on when mounting your stabilizers. If the angle has to be off, we recommend 5° MAX in either direction.

Do you have a bushing rebuild for the clamp side? My rubber ring on the bottom seams torn.

I installed mine on my JK a few months back, but it had the integrated track bar bolt. If that fails (which I have read it can) can we get a replacement using this new design?

How do you deal with the drag link being in the way? Any work around without undoing the drag link bolts?

does it works for a 1.75 diameter tie rod?

We do not have a clamp for a 1.75" diameter tie rod, you will need to see if the manufacturer for your tie rod has a clamp that is compatible with the Falcon stabilizer.
