Emphasis on some people- for some it makes them uncomfortable and that's perfectly valid, I also don't interact with certain ships and creators because they make me uncomfortable too. I literally spent 4 hours making a custom wheelchair prop for my poc character and I almost gave up because I wanted it to be accurate as my grandmother spent most of my life using one, I'm excited to know that chibimation will have wheelchair props, despite not being a part of the gacha community for the past 4 or so years, at least not regularly I'm am excited for the release.

Black hairstyles are some of the most beatific hairstyles I've ever seen. I've always wanted to make accurate black ocs, but hair options were awful. Even now, it's bad but better. Even though I'm not a gacha creator anymore I do my best now as an artist to make the representation that lacked before.

@ProjectSekaiFanUnits As someone who is not a system but as a severely disabled person, take this with a grain of salt. In my knowledge, yes. There can be multiple alters, for example the main host of the body, controlling the body but another alter or alters communicating with them to do certian tasks. Like eatting, keeping up their health, etc. [maybe even some general chitchat, this happens when the alters are near the front so the host can hear them. This can be in stressful situuations from my knowledge] I think multiple alters can control the body like they can help with the body? Not sure though, so take this with a grain of salt ^^ [Sorry if this sounds weird at all]

As someone who has a rarer muscle disability (SMA or Spinal Muscular Atrophy), I think it is so cool that you are making sure to add so much needed diversity in your game! I’ve been in a wheelchair most of my life due to not being able to walk because of my disability, so it makes me really excited to see that you even added a power chair! It’s the type of chair I mainly use, and I never see representation of them in games usually lol. It really means a lot to see something I’ve lived with my whole life being represented! 😁‼️

It's sad when you have to apologize for not being good at English. Nobody talks about this but everyone assumes that you need to be perfect and native in a language you're not familar with, especially in countries that have less of an English population. For me, I am native in English bc I'm born in the US, but even still, I've been made fun of for having grammatical mistakes. (just bc I couldn't spell "disappointed" correctly.) 8:04 okay, I have Cochlear Implants and it’s cool to see hearing loss represented. However, I think you should add both Hearing Aids (deafness and not complete hearing loss) and Cochlear Implants (Deafness). There’s also a lot of different types that I don’t see represented in the media but have met people with those types! I’d be happy to help with those assets in the discord after my finals!

I don't know of you've addedd this to the game yet. But could maybe manage to add plus sized bodies? Or a way to keep the modifications even if we change poses? Because, as an example, in gl2 even if I modify the body, when I change to pose to a preset one, it makes the carachter skinny again. And to someone that like me, sucks at making custom poses each time that would help. Btw I love how you're really working on this game to make it as open and inclusive ad possible, it's really cool and amazing!

Plus sized bodies will have to be a future update for the game. It's a lot of work to make 12K+ assets for even ONE body type and we already had to restart coding for the game due to replacing the original developer. But we DO want to include different body types, it would just take a lot of time and work which is why it'll be a future update.

I'm so glad you made this video, Beo!! Diversity is something I've been pushing for in the gacha community for a while. I recognise how unique people are, so inclusivity should be our top priority, not only in gacha but in the entire media as a whole. It's good to see artists, directors, and content creators finally listening to their audience and actually giving them options; it makes people feel seen. With more and more people wanting diversity and actually taking the steps to do a more inclusive future, I'm very excited to see the future projects, and maybe you'll see little old me partake in them hehe. This is a LONG rant but: The fetishisation point about queer relationships is so real, and I don’t think it’s only the gacha community. A lot of communities that attract minors, even if the content is not directed to their age group, tend to have fandoms that aggressively ship characters of the same gender. I notice this especially with mlm ships, and I think in general it’s quite icky how a lot of the time mlm ships tend to be much more loved and fawned after because of people fetishising the relationship just because it is queer. This is much less noticeable with wlw ships (although that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen) and as far back into fandoms as I can remember like 2014-2015 male queer relationships, especially unhealthy Yaoi stereotype relationships, were just so badly portrayed and pushed into fandom spaces, this wouldn’t be a bad thing if not for the aforementioned fetishisation. As well as this I think another knock on effect from this was the sort of underlying misogyny in fandoms that presented themselves as accepting of everyone, I remember this the most in the old BNHA fandom where aggressive shippers of bakudeku or tododeku despised uraraka because she was ‘getting in the way’ of their ships and characters and would make up whole reasons to justify when they didn’t like her beyond that she was a female love interest. Female characters were always pushed more to the side in these fandoms and shown less love than the male characters and I think while that may be a good thing considering the treatment of the male ships, it also hurts to see the double standards placed on female characters’ personalities in comparison to the male characters. I just don’t think this time was great in fandoms, and I agree wholeheartedly that we shouldn’t blame the kids but what they’ve been shown and their parents, but at the same time I don’t think this male favouritism in fandoms has completely faded away and every year when the ao3 ship tier list comes out, it doesn’t surprise me how there is never a wlw ship until much further down the list. I dunno, it just makes me feel icky because of the fetishisation of male ships and the lack of love for female characters.

I think another problem is that a lot of anime doesn't really have much representation, which then affects games clearly made by people working with anime in mind, then anime fandom gets translated to gacha fandom, which is probably where a lot of the fetishizing gay people came from, so on so forth, fandom is crazy, all that. Also consider in Lunime's game's storylines there's some weird stuff, like essentially Gacha Memories as a whole, and whatever was going on with Gacha Resort. The games themselves both appeal to children and seem aimed at adults. Basically everything wrong with the gacha fandom is the tween version of like maybe a good half of the anime communities out there.

I’m so happy you guys are adding all this stuff (and having fun making it by the sounds of it!) and especially that you’re giving the option to have them be personalized/“making them cute” because yeah we need them to live and live comfortably but that’s no reason for them to be boring. My glasses have cute patterns, my white cane should be allowed to have stickers on it. I’m also really glad that you’re adding white canes because the amount of people that just assume that white canes and mobility canes are the same thing is worryingly high (also it was so weird to realize that gl2 didn’t have any canes at all because a. they have so many props (some that are basically identical to other props), b. I could have sworn they had at least one and c. People really do act like Gacha is incredibly diverse when it isn’t. I had to resize the wand prop in order to just have a stick with a colored bottom, this game has 200 props and I can’t have a *_Stick_* ?)

I really agree with this take, but another thing I think personally is that sometimes like when I see certain assets that involve LGBTQ+ sometimes they feel a little forced while some are genuinely just there to support the community, but I just get that feeling a lot.
