The jackhammer and thunder cricket are the baits that got me really hooked on bladed jig fishing. Both baits are absolutely fantastic

Great video! I’ve considered getting one of those. I think I’m holding off until I feel confident I won’t hookset it into a tree or get it caught in the rocks. Have you heard of the inurig? I just watched a video of it and it looks interesting!

@@Tackle2thePeople I contrast different colors a lot on my chatterbaits, swim jigs, jigs, and spinner baits anything with a skirt I’ll do like a green pumpkin skirt to a chartreuse trailer or vice versa and black and blue skirt to a shad pattern trailer or vice versa it actually produces fish. Just gave away some juice

The stealth blade jackhammer is super good too. I would give that one a try as well. The clear blade is another modification that makes the crazy price kinda worth it

I always use a trailer because it adds bulk to the lure and because it swims different in water!

It's already gotten to cold here in MN for bass. Might try to do some pike fishing before it starts snowing

when does hardwater start for y'all usually?

Chatter baits if any kind are my absolute favorite they just slam absolutely slam black and blue is my favorite color too

I usually use something bulky like a zako as a chatterbait trailer because I find the extra weight helps the chatter kick in quicker and sustains the chatter with less effort, but I guess the jackhammer would eliminate the need for that. Not sure if it's worth the extra 10 bucks tho

Ive had zero luck on chatterbaits. I really dont want to spend chatterbait for $15.00 for a jackhammer. I probably would get more bites on a jackhammer as i had zero luck with the z man project z chatterbaits
