As a dane, smoked mackerel is the best. The best tasting ones I've had was made on Bornholm. 😋

The moment fishing became this like "culture community", it became cringe. You're going to have people rage at you for taking a singular fish and not returning it, people angry because you didn't apply antibiotics to a fish you return, people angry because you didn't return a fish "the proper way" e.t. Like, bro, it's a fucking fish. Nobody cares

Carp is actually pretty good cooked in a pressure cooker. Those tiny cartilage "bones" that fill them soften up quite well.

Atleast you aren't using trawler nets. They absolutely decimate coral reefs

id like to call it "lack of seasoning" most country love it, but when it comes to US, AUS and a country that have almost the same similarity, they hate it. ( i really didnt mean to be racist here, its just my opinion )

My brother and I used to frequent this one sushi spot. We had out own chop sticks and saki boxes. When we sat at the counter, the chef would ask "How many?" meaning how many orders of salmon we would like to start with. When we told him it was near time to stop he would again ask "How many?" meaning how many orders of Saba did we want for dessert.

There are many fish in the US that are considered trash by Americans. You know why? because they don't know how to prepare and cook them.

Just saying... my dad is now 50 and has been speer fishing since he was 13... and 1 big thing he learned is NEVER wash salt water fish in frest water.. even when your preparing it... biggest mistake to do.. most people disslike fish because of the "fishy flavour/taste" at thats from washing it in fresh water... salt is a preservitive which means it makes thi gs last longer... when you wash all the salt out of your fish with fresh water it make the fish meat start to decay.. giving the fishy flavour... anyone whos eaten dads fics have loved it.. never wash ypur salt water fish in fresh water

Worry about what God says about providing you with clean trout every day, not some liberal who can't tell what gender they are. Be grateful. Fresh rainbow trout is a gift. Genesis 1:26
