The new 2023 Range Rover Sport has hit the scene and is competing in one of the most competitive segments in the car industry. With competition from BMW, Mercedes, and the like, does the new Range Rover Sport offer enough to be considered better than the competition?
Land Rover makes a full size Range Rover and its a very, very popular SUV. For those looking for a smaller package that blends in sportiness, the Range Rover Sport is he go to option. Its got style, prestige, and its all new. The one im driving in this video is the Dynamic SE trim which gives it more power and a couple extra fancy things on the interior.
But, there is always one thing that comes with any Range Rover product and thats price. The full size Range Rover and the Sport both have a starting price thats significantly higher than the competition. For example, the starting base price difference between the BMW X5 and the Range Rover Sport is roughly $20,000! So, is the Range Rover Sport worth it? Ill answer that and more in this video

You should have compared this to Cayenne base given how recent you reviewed Cayenne and similar price range

I like this vehicle but I'm leaning towards the 2024 Cayenne e-hybrid. What are you thoughts between the two (Range Rover sport vs the cayenne coupe standard) being that you drove the standard cayenne and the S version. Thanks

I like the look of the Range Rover and the seats in the Range are most comfortable. BUt everything else I like the Cayenne. What's important to you?

@@DriveSteady I want everything in a suv in this price range. I want a comfortable ride that can jet when needed. I asses the 2024 cayenne e-hybrid coupé is the way to go

@@rong8889 I had 2022 Cayenne e-hybrid amazing car all around! but one thing bothered me about that trim was the weight of the e-battery. You could really feel it and it is not as nimble as say Cayenne S. Something to consider if you are getting one. Drive it back to back with Cayenne S. Also it is not as road isolated as Range Rover Sport

@@user-qf4ss9mk7q Thanks for that. I wish I could, but my local porsche dealership doesn't have any e-hybrid to test drive. The biggest reason I'm considering the e-hybrid is due to the new updated electric range. I want to drive back and forth to work on electric and have fun in sport plus on the weekends. But definitely hear you about the weight

Why do you car reviewers complain that infotainment screen inputs take a second or two? What are you in a rush for? I admit that my Rovers screen inputs aren't instantaneous, but, so what. It still happens. The BMW X7 second row seat takes FOREVER to electronically move forward and no reviewer complains about it.
