Being directly to the point is his and Jake Tuura's blessing and curse. Amazing when you find them, doesn't blow up the youtube algorithm.

Hey Will, how do stiff leg deadlifts compare to Nordic's?

Has anyone ever actually done a proper single leg nordic hamstring curl? That would be amazing to see.

just wondering your opinion on which mechanism you think is more predominantly decreasing hamstring injury. The same exercises that develop fascicle length would also develop hypertrophy and eccentric strength, wouldn't the latter be the more logical mechanism for decreased injury as their adaptations don't almost completely regress within 1-2 weeks. Most athletes at some point deload or take breaks long enough to regress most / all of the fascicle length gains but dont then get injuries upon return to sprinting or sport etc. (in my opinion probably because they still have the hypertrophy and eccentric strength adaptions) but what do you think?

Curious if you are familiar with Bud Charniga or Kim Goss, and his work on exercises such as these. And how they actually contribute to hamstring injuries, and why...thoughts?

I think someone with your experience and knowledge, yoy would appreciate Charnigas in depth writings...a sports scientist. Obviously biased towards classic weightlifting
