Adding an ab wheel is genius. I tried it this morning, and it felt amazing. Smooth and controlled.

The kneecap shot will haunt me. Hopefully injury to your knee was minimal.

Ya, I didn’t think that was a possibility. Freaked me out a little 😅. I’m just gonna be a little more cautious now, haha.

Can you still do planche after surgery?

I'm not a fan locked joints exercises. They can be safe, but every exercise can be safe. That's not what risk is. Risk is the probability of deviation from technique * Damage. Those exercises are risky because a small deviation in execution likely transfer in an injury, since there is no escape space fro the joint.

If you don't find nordics challenging, add a weight vest, hold a weight plate to your chest, or do them on one leg.

it's really not that challenging lol about intermediate as well as the natural leg extension (opposite of it)

@@prizma45 I’d say it’s much harder than a reverse Nordic. I know many who get those first try, but much fewer who get a Nordic first try.

@@SimonsterStrength I spent as much time on each, basically got the full thing on both. The best way for me is just doing a little more ROM each time, easier to set up so you don't get annoyed doing it

@@prizma45yes, I’m talking on average. Some people find a handstand push-up easier than a chin-up but it doesn’t mean they’re the same difficulty. On average, the HSPU is much harder. You can progress to any skill by just adding range, but there’s generally a smarter and faster approach. Not everyone is this lucky when it comes to building strength or unlocking skills.
