Is The PLAD 450 Any Good? Lets Try It Out | SnowRunner Season 13

Lets see how the truck does through my little gauntlet. Let me know what you think of it. I don't think it's all that bad (for an in-game truck) but I suppose it could be better.

The PLAD custom tires have special coding in the game to make them wider and heavier. They're 600kg, where the other tires like the DMHS are 200kg. Wheel weight increases grip and pulling power, so using the PLAD custom tires would've made the truck even better for the test.

Couple thoughts… If a truck comes with unique tires, they’re what I use on a vehicle, just for the sake of variety. Having OHD II’s, MSH II’s or whatever on every truck gets a little old, so I change things up where I can. Thus far, I like the PLAD. Haven’t attempted anything too crazy yet. The problem I’m worried about is future trucks. If they’re too perfect, older trucks just get forgotten & never used. Also, if new regionally released trucks just keep getting bigger, faster & more powerful, then the only option will be for ridiculously OP trucks to come with new content. Not sayin’ that I want something comparable to the Kodiak or Voron AE to come with Season 14 … just that each Season shouldn’t unleash a new King. tl;dr: Flaws good, new OP King every 3 months bad.

DMHS are MHS with different skin same stats : 0.5 - 2 - 2 PLAD 450 tires : 1 - 3 - 1.8 are best option clearly. Or Jat MHS IV : 0.4 - 1.8 - 2.6 for maps with lots of deep mud/deep snow. It's a good/very good truck (S tier).

It's a shame because it's real life counterpart is a specialist vehicle for hauling heavy loads. It should be far more powerful than it is.

It's a good truck. I went with the Westline engine and the Advanced Special gearbox for the best power to weight ratio and I haven't found a lack of power in any task. Still exploring different tire options but the JATS seem to be a good fit

Better than the kenworth but still needs major improvements… hate that all the big trucks besides the P12 and P16 are slow and lags power holding….

5:58 zikz 612H has different tries then the Zikz 605R there mapped differently but look the same :)
