They say they “shortened” it, but to max it out now both passes it’s 200 levels rather than 120 for 1 pass… it’s so much more difficult to do this now.

I think it's 60 per split so 120 in total this season. I get what you're saying though. I do feel like I have to grind challenges more with this style of battle pass compared to before where I would organically complete challenges and earn the battle pass without really needing to even look at the challenges.

So, hear me out, im new to apex,(started last week) (currently main octane and crypto, js bought revenant today) and my plan is, complete free battlepass and if i still enjoy the game, buy the 10 dollar option, and every season i complete the free battlepass, spend apex coins on the apex coins battlepass, so, infinite battlepasses

The battle pass only lasts 1 split now in Apex. So Now the new split has started today there is a new battle pass with new skins and rewards

yes you need to pay 950 each split but you can earn more than that by completing the battle pass each split so technically it pays for itself and gives you a small profit each split

Maybe double check it's gone through. I heard sometimes the bank doesn't approve it for some straight away and that block the game giving it to you straight away. If it has and you still don't have it contact EA help desk : help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/using-ea-help/
