In my opinion the uncaged looks a lot better. I also think it is more comfortable because the laces help it keep more snug to my feet. My pair of lace less are not nearly as snug but that might be because they are to big.

I compared these two as well and not only did I have a different conclusion, I had a pretty different experience. To me the fit on the uncaged is much more "sock like" and of course you can remove the laces with negligible if any effect on fit and comfort. They feel like a sock with a boost sole. Conversely the Laceless is much stiffer in the Primeknit and the weird tubing effect that the overcompensating midfoot section has shouldn't be overlooked. My foot moved freely but not sloppily in the uncaged. In the Laceless it felt disproportionate pressure in the midfoot. Though it wasn't nearly enough pressure to create discomfort or a hot spot, it did seem to make the shoe fit longer with the same last. I did not like the fit at all and I didn't care for the feel relative to the uncaged, standard ub, ace purecontrol, accelator Beckham, et al. The ankle collar is better on the Laceless but it does not reach any level where I would call it supportive so that seems marginal. Lastly, here it is stated that the tooling is identical. That is sort of fact minus truth. Yes, the tooling is identical but materials work in tandem with the tooling to create the overall feel, comfort and identity of the shoe. I feel the boost much more in the uncaged. The Laceless felt slightly stiffer and less fluid. Materials make or break tooling. Take for example the air max 97 versus the air max deluxe, the lebron 8 vs the v2, the under Armour pro versus the juke 2 or anatomix anomaly, the d rose 3 in purple versus just about any other colorway (same model with varying upper materials), the HD 2011 versus its elite counterpart and so on. Same tooling, way different levels of comfort and performance. To me the uncaged delivers as the ultimate casual shoe, an accommodating, featherweight upper with unmatched pillowy cushion. The Laceless is just an unnecessarily reinforced way to deliver what you could get by simply removing the laces from an uncaged pair

I much prefer the Uncaged aesthetically and love my Oreo pair, but I haven't tried the laceless. I wouldn't cop the laceless anyway though. The only thing I dislike about the Uncaged comfort wise is the back of the collar, but wearing long socks are fine. Great shoe but the caged are better imo, for walking anyway!

in term of comfortable (not judge about the look) - the Ultra Boost ST is the most comfortable shoes of all Ultra Boosts and Boosts type. hand down for that, next maybe the ultra boost 1.0 then 3.0 then 2.0, the last would be the Laceless. :v
