What I find most concerning is the gradual degradation of civil honor, the respect Americans hold for their fellow citizens under the American system. People and companies exploit one another for cash, the financially disadvantaged of the country are labeled "weaklings" and are left to suffer, using any method of transportation besides a >$1000 car is considered trashy (those are just from the top of my head)... It's especially true in politics. A political disagreement is now a legitimate reason to despise a fellow American. Those who did not vote for or do not support a ruling party are labelled enemies of American civilization by said party. Laws are passed for the express purpose of putting down the other side (winning) and declaring their views invalid in society. We have now had a president who refused to attend the inauguration of his successor to appease his supporters in the way of a lie. We do not care for the American populace's well-being, only our own. We do not care for others in this common system. We do not love each other anymore.

Poor people living next to rich people equals strife. In countries where everyone is poor equals no strife. Here in USA, we used to be more the same in income. Import a bunch of poor people, set up systems to keep certain groups of Americans poor, (Great Society) and it is bound to fall apart.
