My go to for Thanksgiving for the last few years is Tigglebitties Tavern. Not sure if you’ve been before? Owner is a retired Navy guy out of San Diego, and he runs it with his Thai wife. So her time in California she learned how to not only cook good Mexican food but all other western style food as well. And the turkey has been great every Thanksgiving.

The dishes looked amazingly tasty, and we're elegantly presented. You would have to go to a high-end restaurant here in Detroit to get anything like that and would have to tip, so it would be double what it was in Thailand. Next time, you can try that seafood dish and let us know. Peace

Any luck finding good ribeyes in Thailand? I hear it's kinda hard to find. In USA, I can get it at $7 per steak when they go on sale for the holidays, like memorial day or forth of July, the holidays when everyone goes out barbequing.

Greeny I have a question: Do Thais eat beef from carabeef (aka water buffalo) when they do eat beef? I understand they primarily eat pork and chicken. Carabeef is leaner than beef from OZ and therefore tougher, but I’ve ordered it from a producer in Canada and if you cook it sous vide it is very tender and delicious. It is very expensive in the US, but can it be found in Thai supermarkets or wet markets and at what price?

yes very tasty place. it always suprised me just how many good value top quality steak places in Pattaya... 1330 bhat is approx £33 you don't get a steak of that quality in a resturant in UK for that price. or any other country I have visited... so yes a lot of money for Pattaya.... but when you take into account its imported and still cheaper than the country it was most likely imported from its good value. Pattaya's great like that so many hidden gems of many types of food... I would love them to get more exposure but then prices would go up lol and Pattaya would loose its charm
