In this video, Dr Tabish Saifee explains the specific difference between two common movement disorders. Whilst Essential Tremor and Dystonic Tremor are both characterised by shaking, dystonic tremor is also associated with an additional movement disorder known as dystonia. Dystonia is an abnormal twisting, turning or posturing of a body area.
