They are mostly benign, but it's always necessary to check them. The most common cause of fasciculations is anxiety, but if there are other symptoms such as clinical muscle weakness, atrophy, slurred speech or other clinical neurological symptoms, then they could be a sign of underlying neurological disease.

If you are also skipping your breakfast and other meals, and taking zero nutrition, taking zero amount of nuts, fruits, and greens, like I was, then please, please start it now. Just eat three or four soaked almonds in the morning because you have a magnesium deficiency because you are getting headaches in your periods, and also take greens or iron and magnesium supplements you can take also, and be in the sun for some time in the morning for vitamin D. I know you are not taking any kind of sunlight and any kind of vitamin D, and you are doing a very stressful job, so do the techniques of reducing stress and build your mindset like that, so you do not have to stress all day, and do a physical activity in the evening or in the morning, it just can be a walk, or simply 10 minutes stretches, or playing badminton, bicycling, anything, but do it for one month, and your next period will be so calm, and you do not have to cry for a headache, it's not hormonal, it's not for estrogen, whatever, it's about your health. I was suffering from it, like it was extreme pain, but when I did this, I found out that I have magnesium, vitamin D, and iron deficiencies, so I worked on them, and now my periods go really calm, and I do not have any headache, it can be cramps, but headache will not bother you, so please try it, please, I genuinely want to help you. English is my second language so please do not mind the mistakes I made but please I'm here to comment just for you to try it take care of your health as much as you can . and DRINK WATER .

I am 5 months post TIA and having a very bad time of it with all the symptoms mentioned in this video plus some feelings which are so abstract as to defy description. TIA's are absolutely not a trivial event. Best wishes to everyone reading this comment. 🤗

Been told I've had about 40 tia's. My handwriting has definitely been affected. It's quite shaky, but only part of the time Also my language, having difficulty finding words. I've always had a good and varied vocabulary but not anymore. My husband and daughter fill in the words I'm searching for. I'm on a blood thinner since my large leg clot 2 years ago

I'll let you know when I get there..... Diagnosed early stage a year ago, loss of some memory speech difficulties. Trying on my own, "Biophotomodulation," speech has gotten better memory so far stable. Drugs only made me ill.

I'm sure I won't receive a reply due to the age of this video but I just wanted to reach out in some form - I am fortunate enough to have private healthcare through my mother and have recently been impaired by memory issues, general brain fog, and just generally feeling not quite right neurologically. I've wondered whether this could be depression but I find that unlikely since nothing in my life at present is contributing to symptoms associated with it. My mum was recently hospitalised due to having a cerebral haemorrhage accompanied by two seperate aneurysms. Due to this I've wanted to be screened to identify if I am also at risk but to also see if any other undiagnosed conditions could be contributing to the signs I'm experiencing. Is this something Dr Saifee could assist with? I understand his speciality is with tremors and Parkinson's and so don't want to use up your time if these other conditions aren't at the forefront of your interest, and additionally, would want to see a consultant who is best equipped to help me with this.

I think they use Clopidogrel alongside Aspirin in the USA as treatment in preventing stroke following a TIA, I wasn't sure why they would do this if Clopidogrel does the same thing? What is blood pressure medication called? Thank you, really interesting video. I wish we had had some more information a few years ago.

I had a rectangle in my left eye in secondary school, then 30 min later it was like someone cut of the back of my head and kicked me in my eyes whilst wearing steeled toed boots. 1st migraine. Having an attack now, some parts of my vision are just gone/not filled with anything just gone and its getting worse by the second, this is not goood at all. 3rd attack in 3 weeks, never had this many before. I cant see.

Of course it changes behavior! 1. Can’t drive 2 Can’t drink (not heavy , just a social drink ! ) 3. Not too much sun 4. Ppl don’t rank to hire anyone with epilepsy 5. Seizures are frightening 6. Family/friends don’t understand so they kind of stay away making person feel depressed 7. Seizures are exhausting Just a FEW reasons why ppl have behavior changes. Your life is basically taken away. Wouldn’t anyone have behavior changes ? I’m just being practical here. Not angry. It’s just common sense.

I ruined my life from being undiagnosed, no excuses but it's true at least to how I feel anyway but it defo can change one's behaviour, I've had so many confused moments over the years, breaking point was walking and collapsed/fitting in the middle of the road, luckily someone was looking over me that day and called an ambulance for me.. but now I know, I've just managed to keep it at bay, I smoked weed heavily from moment woke up to moment slept, coincidently as soon as I gave up, I had a big seizure. Has happened twice in my life now but never when I've been stoned lol

long term condition affecting quality of life. side effects of medications affect my day-to-day life. it’s hard to find a job because, once an employer hears “epilepsy”, they don’t consider you as a candidate for employment. i have not been employed for months and it’s very frustrating. repeated seizures have also affected my speech, reading and writing, balance and sight. i now need a lot of learning support in school because effects of epilepsy are life long my seizures are gone, but side effects of medication really impact me

Dr Arvind, Thank you for the realistic and optimistic message. Most doctors except for a few like Dr. Stanley Lyadurai and your good self, paint a positive picture. Rest get inner joy by painting a gloomy picture to scare you. is it fair? of course not. Stay blessed young man.

All of a sudden I just got my test result and it's negative. I went to another hospital to get retested to be sure and it is still negative, I am so excited today that I am cured..

My 3 year old son had 3 Seizures months apart started sodium Valproate and 2 weeks later he was having tonic clonic Seizures dangerously long every night and they would cluster too he is now on sodium Valproate, clobazam and Kepra, he has one short Seizure every morning he is a completely different boy, drowsy drooling sleepy wobbly falling alot any advise on how to help his with side effects of these medications? I'm worried about his development.

i triggered my epilepsy at 23 and was having multiple tonic clonic seizures every day, i went through a list of drugs (cant remember all the names) before i found something that stopped them. I remember taking clobazam but that didnt help me, now im just on sodium valporate (epilem chrono) and brivacetam twice a day, that helps but if i miss a dose i have multiple seizures and need my emergency meds to stop them (not great when you live alone) emergency meds i have are clobazam and epistatus. the only side effects i find is that im losing my memory, tell me something and i forget completely within 5 minutes, im 34 now and ant remember half my life. So so sad to hear of little ones having seizures, i know how they feel especially the recovery and kids shouldnt have to go through that :( I hope your wee man is doing good now

Yes, they are much faster now at the diagnosis of MND. I was diagnosed in 1978. 43 years ago. It took six weeks to come up with a preliminary diagnosis and after the next outpatients appointment, it was confirmed that I had MND. I still have it 42 years on, but I'm alive to the wonder of those who just gave me 2 to 5 years life expectancy. Andy McGovern, Ireland never give up and tellers over. I would love to hear from anyone in the world who has got the disease longer than that. I know Stephen Hawking survived 55 years

So many goods was said about Doctor Madida on KZbin and i was desperate to get cured of herpes virus. My greatest joy was that Dr Madida was a genuine and safe person who did sent me the herbal medicine I requested for, I used it as he instructed me and after then all the symptoms I use to have all stopped. I went for another diagnosis and my doctor confirmed me Herpes virus Negative after so many and strictly test I undergo. I don't know about all other doctors but Dr Madida is this greatest herbalist I have ever known.
