This is such an important insight for everyone working in schools! Most people think it's about the children in class who are the worst bullies ... I hope this video will be seen (and taken to heart) all over the (educational) world! Linda Metcalf knows what she is talking about. I'm glad to hear her mention the Solution Focused Approach as the respectful 'answer' to utilize by every person who cares for (very) young and old students!
