Hi there, No , it is near on impossible for foreigner's to get a mortgage from a bank here in Thailand. The only bank that may give one is UOB bank but this is rare.

@@perfecthomeschiangmai Thanks for the feed back but I definitely don’t want to face the car park,as you know,I am on the 2nd floor of building A not only facing the car park but the smoker’s area and some of these smokers have a direct view of my studio and in addition to that Sansiri builders are building a new pet friendly condo which once completed will obstruct the view of condo nim ….So not sure I fancy that prospect

Well I was talking about dcondo nim only but building A and facing the swimming pool not the car park but I don’t mind visiting the other condos available…there are many condos for sale at dcondos …But dcondo nim seem to be the best out of all of them …​@@perfecthomeschiangmai
