The uniformity in cycling is nuts. Most « serious » cyclists all look the same, with the same white helmet, white (aero) socks with white (Sworks/S-Phyre) shoes on a carbon aero bike with approximately 50mm deep wheels

There are third party painters that are approved by specialized and can paint your bike without voiding the warranty. Ron at Pro bike design is one of them.
