For everyone else wondering where the fuck Waldo is at 34:24, he is pretty much impossible to see because of the low resolution. After about an hour of checking 5x5 pixel sections, I have determined that Waldo is located in the top right corner. Look for a black and white striped long-necked dinosaur. Behind its head is a purple dinosaur head. Behind that dinosaur's head you can find Waldo. Just his head, mind you, because this puzzle is practically impossible.
