Thank you for this video. I need to purchase a Lawn Edger this year, and so many brands are just way too expensive , and to top it off, the Chargers and Batteries are not included with the tool. I happened to see this on Amazon, and found your video. I will be buying this. I don't have a lot to edge, so the cord option is just fine. For 100.00 and free shipping, it's a win , win.

Your video has convinced me to go ahead and purchase this. I was reading some of the bad reviews about screws coming undone. However, my thought process tells me that, that often happens to equipment when there is any sort of vibration. I will just ensure that all screws are as tight as possible and check them a little more regularly before I use it. As a 69 yo female I think I can use this properly. TY for your video.

So we buriy our cable 6inches in the ground by shovel. To make things go alot faster would you recommend this item since it cut 7.5 deep?

No, this does not cut 7.5" deep. It has a 7.5" blade which cuts about 2" deep. You can see more about it's trenching capabilities here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sH_Me5SFaZ2DmZYsi=jCXfcHcmmQ4ZA0BY&t=72 This would not be able to bury cable 6" into the ground. Hope this helps!

can i use it on the black plastic molding around my flower beds?

I think you can if you are very careful. The metal blade could damage the plastic molding so if have a way to roll it easily in line with the molding it could work.

Whats the best way to get your line started to edge your sidewalk if its grown over pretty bad?

You can try scraping off the overgrown parts with some type of edging shovel first, then move onto a string trimmer and edger, hope this helps!

Can you use it along a fence?

Did you want to put a edge line near the fence so it looks nice and tidy? You could use this to trench a line but then you would probably need a straight edged shovel to lift up the grass or dirt afterwards.

I brought one. I put it through hell. It did a super job but only lasted 2years an burned up. I will admit. I dogged it.
