My cousins all did competition cheer from the time they were 4 forward and it’s really impressive to see the level of skill they work up to. Even the ones who aren’t fliers need tons of strength and stamina for this. It really does require 100% trust in your teammates.

Actually my first thoughts were how impressively thick and beautiful her back muscles are. Then when she was down at the guy’s level my next thought was how could any sane human ever say trained male athletes don’t have an impossibly huge advantage in strength, size, and power over females, no matter how hard they train? That dinky little girl, despite being super strong and muscular for a girl, is still a girl.

My daughter is 9 years old and has been doing cheer for about a year or so. The athletic aptitude to do this is amazing. I’m such a proud Dad watching my baby girl progress through something she really loves. If she ever gets to this level I would be so happy and proud of her because I know the hard work that it takes to do this…

I've got 2 granddaughters in the stunting and cheering and are flyers. They work their tails off. The high school practices 4 days a week. In the summer they have weight training every morning. 💪💪

My educated guess is as follows : -Light bone structure but very athletic : a body mass index of 21 ; -Height in the 25th percentile of 18yr old American females : 5' 3'' (160 cm) ; -Corresponding weight : 118 lbs (53,7 kg). Wish someone could confirm. I'm impressed by the strength of Kollin [can't find his surname] and by the balance of Caylee.
