Actually watching the full games seems a little much since the pace is slower and the meta is outdated, so i enjoy how he does it. totally balanced: pop out a bunch of units far out of vision of anything, spawn a bunch of free units that fly, one-shot a nexus, hide in an invincible tunnel network, repeat

@@polyacov_yury Spines and spores take zero supply and cost only slightly more than a zealot. And unlike photon cannons, they can be repositioned.

@@Hisu0 and you mostly can't afford them because swarm hosts are expensive. And take time. And larva. And god forbid the opponent managed to have completed their transition to sky-toss by the time your swarm hosts are done.

@@polyacov_yury If you see your enemy going skytoss, you build a forest of spores and prepare a few vipers to draw anything they got into said forest with impunity. Given that skytoss takes about a century to build, you always have time to prepare. Meanwhile, no one prevents you from popping out with a whole herd of instant deletion every 40 seconds for the cost of three drones, on the location of your choosing. Also, queens have larva inject, and hatcheries cost less than a single carrier.

While it's good to see the highest tier of play, it js also really nice seeing you cast more of the "normal"(?) tier of pro play as well. Thanks for casting this! Like don't get me wrong, they're both obviously very good, just not the Serral, Clem, Dark, MaxPax, Hero, etc.

In my humble amateur mind, I think the voidray first is something Hero has been doing a lot the last couple of months. I believe it is to try and counter Serral, who has an amazing ability to be able to scout what his opponent is doing better than any other player, and then always be ready to smash whatever the opponent is doing. Game 1 here, DRG is basically playing blind the whole game. 6 adepts shows up, does not have enough lings, builds 24 lings, no followup, basically could have been at least 6 drones instead. All game, trap is on the edge of the creep, poking, DRG has no idea if a +1/blink timing is coming, or whatever it is, as he is blind. He is always overreacting a bit to late and never getting the droneadvantage that we usually see zerg being able to get.

So I've been thinking about Ultralisks lately, and how they're kind of bad as the game goes on in most cases. What if they came with one more base armour, but Chitinous Plating instead of just giving +2 more armour, instead it reduced bonus and spell damage by, I dunno, 25/33/50%? Would that be too OP? At least Ghosts and Siege Tanks wouldn't annihilate them instantly that way, though technically it would make them a bit weaker to stuff like Marines. What do you think, Lowko?

Typically Ultras only ever make it to +2 carapace, but always want to engage with Plating, so usually have 6 armor. Having one more base armor, +2 but no bonus from Plating means they would engage with 5 armor, getting wrecked by Mauraders. Terran wouldn't need Ghosts. Siege tanks don't annihilate Ultras anyway... not sure what you mean... but they would counter them harder with this change because tanks don't do spell damage. All Protoss units would also fare much better, so this would be a massive Ultra nerf.

Protoss is too weak in high end player level, even MaxPax the best Protoss in the world right now with 6900-7000 mmr still stand no chance against Clem or Serral, in very last tournament rounds there are always be ZvT no Protoss show up
