Is this Shelby Super Snake a BETTER Mustang to BUY than a 2020 GT500?

The Shelby Super Snake brings the true connection between Ford & Shelby American. This car starts out life as a Mustang GT PP1 then heads to Las Vegas to receive the Shelby Super Snake treatment. Under the hood is a 5.0L Whipple Supercharged V8 that is pumping out 800HP & mated to either a 6-speed gearbox or 10-speed automatic. Under the sheet metal is a ton of chassis modifications. On the outside the Super Snake receives a unique front fascia, hood, wheels, rear spoiler, diffuser and exhaust. Car Interior -Steeda does this same thing for the Bullitt for much less money! For $40k added to the price of the car, they will transform your Bullitt into a 800hp beast with numerous other changes. Check it out on their website and on Utube it’s the “Steve McQueen Edition”. They also work on standard GT Mustangs . No need to pay all that money for the Shelby name.

The supercharger whine and the headlights are just hypnotizing me to get one 😂 Really like the style on this one. 800 horsepowers on this Snake with a stick shift is just insane! This car is super sick!!! This is a 20:29 wow, wow wow wow, WOW, 5 wow special!!! It definitely fills in some gaps that other mustang offerings don't. Like the GT 500 doesn't come in manual, and the GT350 doesn't come with the supercharger or the digital dash etc.. I'd definitely put one of those carbon fiber LED steering wheels in there because this beast deserves something other than a basic 5.0 wheel.. But I this car is awesome I want one too double R!

It's called the Lithium and it's pretty much everything that you would want from a Mustang....even a manual transmission. Seriously, who does that, but that's a proper 'Stang, and the one that I would have, once its available with an automatic. As a proud owner of a Shelby GT500 and proud member of Team Shelby I would just stay with a true Shelby since they are a true collectable and hold their value. The super snake upgrades are in the same category as Roush series upgrades and since they're bolted onto a 5.0 mustang, You'll get screwed at resale.

Sometimes people make the mistake of purchasing a vehicle, without thinking of; regular maintenance, putting in gas weekly or maybe twice in a wk for vehicles like this Super Snake. Monthly insurance cost etc. Add that with the cost of living (rent, bills and food/drinks). If you're not making 6 figure salary? You shouldn't be buying a 6 figure vehicle. I think that's what happened with this return.

There is a difference, they are not built by Shelby and they never get sent to Shelby America (Carol Shelby) in Las Vegas, NV. The Shelby you see in this video (Super Snake) is and actual Shelby Product that came from Shelby America in las Vegas. If you want an actual 2020 Shelby GT500 from Shelby America you will need to buy the 2020 Shelby GT500SE. This is the only one that will be built by Shelby America. Only 100 will be built. Its an Additional $29,995 on top of the price of the GT500.
