Loving your channel bro. I got one of those weighted "rope" jump ropes, where the cord is an actual rope. On Amazon it's listed under the brand "OWS" which i have never heard of. What's your opinion on these ropes? I don't care for it. I ended up buying a Buddy Lee Aero speed, should be arriving today. I have been told by the docs that if I don't get my cholesterol down (I'm at 280, last checked) that a heart attack or stroke is inevitable if i don't fix it now. Also pre-diabetic with fatty liver (which is unfortunate because I'm NOT over weight nor do I drink. Just have had a horrible diet for years.) I hate working out, but have found some love with jumping. Thank you for these vids man. You are helping to save lives, whether you realize it or not. Huge fan and a sub for life 🙏🙏🙏.

Nunya, I have one rope like this. I think it's decent. I use it from time to time and will do a review on it. Having high cholesterol is difficult. I battled with it as well. The good news is that eating healthy and drinking water usually brings it down within months, especially if it's above 240. I appreciate your support and I'm glad you like the videos. Well then, I guess we’re buying this too! Killed a 12 min workout and almost went a full 4 min with no steps missed. Workout was intense with the 1/2 lb cross rope and even made my girl drool a little! Great price for a convent rope! Thank you for your service!!!

Dash, thanks for stopping by the channel my brother. You're asking a lot of great questions and I'm going to answer them for you. Buddy Lee is my favorite rope skipper. He's heavily influenced my jumping and my approach to health and fitness. As far as rope recommendations, I think you made a good move buying the Buddy Lee Rope Master. It's a great rope for an intermediate level user. I'd also recommend any of the Crossrope sets if you want to workout, however, they're not the best for tricks. If you want another freestyle rope, try the EliteSRS Pro Freestyle. It's an outstanding rope and it's fairly cheap. I also recommend the Punk Rope. It's very cheap and performs very well. Lastly, another good short-handled jump rope is the EliteSRS Boxer 3.0. It's better than the RA Money Rope and cheaper. Here are the links. Let me know if you have any questions man! Jump Rope Veteran yo thanks man for taking time to go through my long message bro🤦🏿‍♂️ honestly didn’t think you’d go through it and Thanks for your prompt response...I’ve just checked the ropes out on Amazon,they are available but unfortunately and for some strange reason AMAZON doesn’t ship the item to South Africa,couldn’t even see the price,I’m not certain as to what the reason may be,but it’s cool though, I will wait,sometimes there’s restrictions on certain items and they sometimes get lifted,so I will exercise patience...also the BUDDY LEE rope I’ve ordered is the HYPERFORMANCE AERO SPEED with extra replacement cord(not really sure if that’s the right one for me)!!!!!as I’ve mentioned,I’ve been jumping rope for a while,it’s just that I can’t do those fancy moves as yet but I’m practicing,so I regard myself an intermediate jumper,I’m not sure if that version of Buddy Lee rope is good for someone with only basic skills🤷🏿‍♂️ it should get here in the next 2 weeks or so...I am definitely gonna get the Crossrope(both versions,gain and loss) just i have to save up for them as they don’t come cheap,and don’t worry bro,I’m the kinda dude that don’t mind spending more on quality,I’m all for that...I will also look out for the PUNK ROPE and buy it...Thanks ever so kindly brother for guidance,may your channel grow in leaps and bounds my man😉✊🏿✌🏿🇿🇦

Do you have any recommendations for skipping gloves? I am looking for two things specifically - 1) better grip. 2) the crossrope (specifically, the 0.5 pound version) keeps banging my forefinger knuckles and they have been cut open numerous times, with a bit of blood typically. I would ideally like to cover this knuckle as well. So, maybe short finger gloves are not the best idea. Thanks for all the content.

Tejaswi, great question. I've been using these short finger gloves for the last two years and they've performed well: amzn.to/2L9EtmF They don't cover the knuckles, but they help prevent blisters I get when jumping with the Crossrope. I hope that helps!

Hey I have used the boxer 3.0. I have an odd problem that is the swivel part that comes out can move up and down. And when I jump rope, it keeps hitting the handle which creates an imbalance and an annoying noise. Throws me off. I love the fit+ handles a lot better.
