Great idea with the spoons on the foil- I always mess around trying to fold it back under but your way is much better, thanks mate! I bought some Tongmaster stuff and was really impressed- I might try the Colman's ones now too!

Hi Andy great content as always I don’t get why u don’t have more views and subscribers u deserve way more as other food vids like bold food guy content isn’t as interesting as yours mate as your the only one that actually makes the effort to cook meals from scratch rather just buy frozen food and throw it in the air fryer.hope your channel builds up so keep doing what your doing fella godbless

Looks like a nice tasty meal Andy 👍 I'm tempted to get some minced lamb and this Coleman's mix and make it into lamb kebab burgers and maybe add some finely chopped onion and mint in the mix with some nice crusty rolls. Great review.
@fatandy9 күн бұрын
Thanks yeah it was good but still didn’t beat the Tongmaster seasoning for that authentic Doner taste, but still worth a go 👍

@@fatandyI got some last year with your recommendation. I think it was the beef burger mix from them if I remember right. 👍

Great vid. Really interested to know how you make your garlic sauce, every garlic sauce I've bought is like thick mayo, I like runny garlic sauce.
@fatandy8 күн бұрын
It’s just natural yoghurt mayonnaise 2 or 3 minced garlic cloves and a teaspoon of lemon juice, go in my playlist and look for homemade food, there’s one in there somewhere probably under kebabs 👍

I'd be tempted to put it in a small bread tin so you could really squish it all together. Not sure if you could get the browning as good though. Anyway, looks really tasty :)

Andy, one thing missing.. after it's all cooked cut into slices then put the slices under the grill or fry em up in the pan to get that little char like it's supposed to have mate.. Enjoy.. 😉👍🏻

As I said before Doner isn’t very popular here,and I have never seen any seasoning for it. Our Turkish,and Greek,Ukarinian,or Uzbekistan restaurants sell kababs,whole pieces of meat marinated,and cooked on skewers,and kofta,ground meat pressed around a skewer,I have never seen one of those things that go around and they shave meat off,I have seen it on TV. You can get masala for kabab seasoning in an Indian supermarket,people here make meatloaves in tins,and slice the cold leftovers for sandwiches, but the seasoning for a meatloaf is different.😊
@fatandy8 күн бұрын
Seasonings here in the UK are a big thing, there’s so many different ones in the supermarkets 👍

Thanks Andy, I think it is not quite authentic because it has nearly 30% tomato paste in it, hence the reddish tinge. Looks tasty though 👍
