Fall bass fishing can be tricky with so many bass in so many different phases. There is bait everywhere in your lake and bass seem to be fro 40 ft of water to 4 inches of water.
What I have found during the fall, is that it is best to just cover water with a buzzbait in order to catch bass. You may catch one on a point here, in the back of a creek over here, and along a dock here.
Regardless your odds of catching a big fishing in the fall on a buzzbait tend to be high so pick one up this fall!

Hi im from South Africa in i want to ask something i went bass fishing at a pond not man made or man made not sure but there is a lot of bass you can see the swim there the water is supper clear and u used soft plastic worms square bill fish wacky worms ext and only one bite that i landed the rest was just biting and spitting out. What did i do wrong please help

I have had fenominal success fishing a buzz bait. In fact it's the only lure I've ever used for bass. After several years now without fishing I'm finally getting back to it. But this time I'm going to be using a lot more other lures. Love you're videos. I'm on the Washington/Oregon border and have 3 small lakes nearby. I am using a fishing kayak for the first time!

Awesome! Great bait. I noticed my hookup ratio went up on buzzbaits when I learned to keep my rod tip at a 35-45 degree angle during the retrieval and not point it directly at the buzzbait. Great video, great tips! Thanks dude

Fantastic information!! Went fishing today the 3rd of October couldn't catch any on the buss bait. Catch smallies and largemouth by keeping my spinnerbait blades just under the surface. Lost a couple that could have been 5lbs. Thanks for this video. Don't know where you were fishing but it looked great 👍

Just tried a buzz bait for the first time this weekend in super clear water second cast got a bass then had a couple follow it to the kayak. Unfortunately the heavens opened up shortly after to a point I couldn’t keep fishing !!! As usual sir the info is great thank you!

Depending on where you may be... They are definitely biting it.. But ! If you can ...I recommend a smaller size bait as it seems ( atleast in my area of VA) they are more aggressive on smaller ( 3.5 inches or smaller) baits/lures. There are some small buzz baits out there by several good makers/manufacturers...

I don’t know why, but in the Pacific Northwest noisy baits, with the exception of Spinnerbaits, seem to do jack. Tried frogs, whopper ploppers, buzzbaits, nada. Swim jugs with paddle tail trailers, spinnerbaits, and cranks seem to be king here. Any ideas why that might be?

I really enjoy your video they are very informative and fun to watch. I only have one problem, and it's not just with your videos. It seems to me that all the video you and the other anglers make excepts for one that I have seen is all made for anglers with a boat. I don't know the numbers but, I would guess to venture that a major part of you viewers fish from the banks. Now I'm not talking about clean-cut banks but, rough-looking ones as well. I love to fish but, I can't afford a 60/70 thousand dollar boat. So even though I like your videos, they don't have much value to me. Mix it up, make some bank fishing videos, if you do Please, add bank fishing in different conditions. Thank you, hope to see some soon.

Sometimes I don’t think it matters. I like green pumpkin black blade cause it’s not like bluegill have a silver head lol. I think the blade attracts them with the noise and then they hone in on the bait, I would suggest using a green pumpkin horney toad and dipping the tails on chartreuse

Great vid and channel. QUESTION: can you please explain why you and almost all bass anglers use baitcasters with right side handle? You guys are likely all right handed so wouldn't you prefer to naturally use your dominant stronger hand/arm to hold the reel/rod to fight & land bass?? And most obviously and important you wouldn't need to be switching hands all day every cast. Makes no sense to me. The only reason o can think of is to have your stronger arm ready to grab a net for a tank. "its how i lve done it since a kid" is not a legit reason. Thanks sir

I think that what hand you use is really a matter of personal preference. I don’t think there is a “right” way or “wrong” way. The points you made are valid and I understand and if it caused me problems then I would definitely switch. However, I have NEVER lost a fish due to switching hands while casting. Honestly I use both of my hands to cast and fight fish, whatever feels natural to me. Whatever way you feel most comfortable is going to be the way you catch the most fish. Now if switching your hands causes you to lose a fish, or not make a precise cast, then I would agree that you should switch to what you are saying

Well the bass came off when he pulled it out of the water. I assure you his goal wasn't to let the fish just flop there. He usually catches the line to keep the fish from hitting the deck
