This looks just like the Westin Swim hollowbody, which is my all-time favorite. I can easily walk it from a seated position in my kayak (just by , steady retrieve it like a swim bait, and hop it across pads/mats like any other frog (hooks not pointed out). It absolutely slays; too bad it's been discontinued.

I went out fishing Saturday and saw zero beds. Just went back to the same lake and found a million empty beds. Water 61-66 both days. My local 350 acre lake. I guess they only spawn while I’m at work.

I felt this in my heart lol. I went out water was 59-61 caught ONE flipping. Fished where they should be. Went back to the same lake 2 days later beds all over with no fish. Sometimes I hate living in the Northeast.

Teckle makes my favorite top water baits. The kicknocker is my favorite , the sprinkler frog is dope as well…I just recently saw the shark frog wild jaws in a hook up tackle episode and I was iffy but til I saw what it can do… Teckle just rocks.. they have some great baits

That feather won't last long. They should have put a single blade back there for flash. Blades are very popular with CDM frogs.

The Hookup Tackle had them, not sure whether in stock but if not keep following that channel and they will have them again I would think…they did a cool video when it first launched and an interview with the lure designer. But yeah, $16 is a lot but who loses frogs? Not often so if I’m gonna pay extra for a lure, a topwater is my top choice

You didn't really ask, so forgive me for offering unsolicited advice, but I used to have the same problem until I got the hang of making sure I had slack in the line and using minimal wrist movement (depending on the frog, the small movements can be more important - for instance, the Jackall Kaera).

Like he said, sorry for the unsolicited advice but he hit the nail on the head with the small movements. Assuming you’re using braid it just takes a tiny little tick to get a frog to walk. Took me forever to figure out I was trying too hard😂
